L’équipe junior / espoirs de Swiss Sailing Team est constituée du Youth Team et du Talentpool.

Le Youth Team est l’équipe nationale junior du sport à la voile suisse. L’admission s’effectue selon des critères mettant essentiellement l’accent sur la performance.

Le Talentpool est le niveau préparatoire précédant le Youth Team. Les jeunes athlètes doivent se soumettre à une sélection individuelle et à un examen d’aptitude menée par le SST.
