Le Youth Team est l’équipe nationale junior du sport à la voile suisse. Die Aufnahme erfolgt anhand klar definierter Kriterien mit einem starken Fokus auf die sportliche Leistung.

Le Talentpool est le niveau préparatoire précédant le Youth Team. Les jeunes athlètes doivent se soumettre à une sélection individuelle et à un examen d’aptitude menée par le SST.
